Amazon announced its web services in the year 2006 and introduced two cloud services namely EC2 and S3 at the global level. "Amazon web service" is like a root node of a binary tree having Amazon Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) as two of its child nodes.
